A Vital Component of our Sales Process

Housed at our corporate headquarters in Lakewood, Ohio, our Customer Service department represents a vital component of our sales process. Based on the priority we place on understanding our customers' business, each Customer Service Representative (CSR) is assigned a select group of customers to work with on a regular basis. As a result of the continuity, the CSRs become well-acquainted with their assigned customers' product requirements, order patterns, shipping locations and any other factors that are unique or specific to the relationship. Over time, the track record of performance and commitment exhibited by our CSRs contributes to transitioning business contacts into long-term relationships. Problem situations, as they may arise from time-to-time, are viewed as resolution opportunities.

Customer Service is not about processing a single transaction. Customer Service is about building long-term, mutually beneficial relationships.
