Materials Management plays an integral role in the sales process through their strategic planning, organization and expertise in professional materials management. Each Analyst is assigned a select group of Principal partners to work with on a regular basis relative to forecasting, purchasing and stocking requirements. Consistent communication and regular interaction between departmental staff, Analysts and their Principal counterparts, develops into a mutual understanding and professional appreciation of their respective roles in the sales process. We place a high priority on developing and maintaining these internal and external "customer" relationships.
Through collaborative efforts with our Principal partners, Materials Management continually strives to achieve its objectives for optimum efficiency, higher customer service levels and maximum return on our inventory investment.
