Packaging of solid powders and particulates, including powders of various densities; and solids in flake, pellet, crumb or prill form.

Powder packaging capabilities can be divided into three categories: Batch Inclusive preweighs, General packaging and Sample programs.

Batch Inclusive preweighs can be from below 1 lb. to 55 lbs+. Bag film types include low melt eva (melt points ranging from 160F to 210 F), metallocene, polybutadiene and polyethylene. Other options include liquid soluble bags- polystyrene (soluble in solvent) and poly vinyl alcohol (soluble in water). Depending on finished preweigh size, preweighs can be put into Gaylords, small boxes, returnable plastic containers or directly on a pallet and shrink wrapped.

General packaging includes filling specialty containers such as pails, drums, etc. to a specific weight. We are also capable of filling standard paper valve bags. In addition, we can fill super sacks from bags and can transfer contents from one super sack into another. The second super sack can be of equal or different weight.

Solid material can be received in supersacks, bags, drums or pails for any of the packaging operations outlined above. Facility can accept Super sacks up to 72" tall.

Liquids are repackaged into small jars and containers, based on product container requirements.

Sample services can be managed similarly, via receiving standard sized containers into warehouse for repackaging into containers appropriate for the individual product specifications. Several packaging lines are available for operation, capable of handling the repackaging projects mentioned above.

Warehouse/Storage capacity is sufficient to bring in several full truckloads of material and stock inventory to support any less-than-truckload business pending order fulfillment for contracted repackaging relationships.
